Spotlight on Granite Sterling Scholar Awards

 Brockbank Junior High NAL® Team recently received a visit from four of the ninth grade starters of their 2006 National Championship team.  All four attend Cyprus High School and have just been named Sterling Scholars. The Utah Deseret News Sterling Scholar Program honors outstanding high school seniors in Utah each year. The picture shows these Sterling Scholars when they were on the NAL team.  
This is great news for Brockbank-again.

North Ogden Jr. High Weber District Champs
The North Ogden Jr High Knights are proud to represent Weber School District in the National tournament.  After four years as runner-up and several really tough games this year, they are excited to compete at the national level.  4 players have competed all 3 years of jr. high and have been a backbone for the team.  Finishing their NAL season early in December creates a few difficulties being prepared in March, but the team enjoys the chance to pursue other talents as well.  Coaches Zentz and Draper enjoy helping the players improve in school and during the season.  We look forward to some exciting and entertaining matches in March!
